I think it is Suddenlink's connection - they've gotten all critical about bandwidth lately, adding a ceiling and charging for overage. So once I saved money streaming, now it's a tossup with cable, plus there is a noticeable decline in connection quality even at 30mbps

Mine too. Now it is at least a 6 or 7 minute delay. I'm just now seeing BP make an out, while Olt actually just walked. Now it is buffering again. Won't see much of this one.
