Good for him. As somebody that's lost a bunch of weight it's amazing what it can do for you in a number of ways.
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

One side effect to losing a bunch of weight when you're 40 is you really look old. Dude looks 60 in the face in that picture.

That's because your family put pictures of your face where all of the mirrors used to be. This is how you actually look:

What? How would losing weight make you look older? I don't get it. I'm 38 (and very svelte and handsome) but if I were to lose weight, I'd look 45?

Because your fat stretches your skin and fills in the wrinkles. Especially in your neck. I lost 65 pounds last year and generally look and feel better, but my neck looks 110.

Those double chins end up as excess skin.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

    Good for him.

And even better that the shirt he's wearing says Bacon across the chest

I'm 36, and a bit overweight, and I still get carded. People say I look 25 when I'm wearing a hat and you can't see my balding head. Now I know I shouldn't try and lose weight because I'll lose my youthful look.

Good for Dmitri. But, I must say, his current physique appears to be the product of yo-yo dieting; less fat, accompanied by a substantially lower amount of lean body mass. A scenario that presents its own set of problems, especially as one ages and continues a gain/loss cycle.
