Tom Servo (09-01-2014)
To nobody's surprise, the Bats blew their lead in the 9th, but, shockingly, Jason Bourgeois capped a rally in the bottom of the 9th with a walk-off single, ending Louisville's season with a win!
Interesting to note that the Bats won last year's home opener (Felix Perez) and final game (Phipps) on walk off home runs. They would do the same this year with walk-off singles respectively by Chris Nelson and Jason Bourgeois. Now, next year, I'd like to see some more wins inbetween...

In Bakersfield, the amazing Marquez Smith has hit his 30th HR of the season (counting one in Pensacola), and his 4 RBIs put him at 131. A big bravo. The Blaze lead 7-3 after six.
