Even though I'm still in my early 20s, David Wright being 31 makes me feel old because he and Ryan Zimmerman (30 in a few weeks) being the young guns of the NL East feels like yesterday to me.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

We'll get to watch Juan Lagares who is another very good defensive CF but I believe several of his highlights are overrated due to him getting very poor jumps.....but he can make over type of catch for sure. Edmondsish possibly but I haven't seen him enough yet.

Simon makes you think he may get out of the inning unscathed but just kidding, he gives up another hit for a 1-0 Mets lead.

2-0 Mets after Simon had Granderson 0-2, then went to 3-2, and then Granderson doubled down the line. Simon over 30 pitches and still not out of the first. So overall things going swimmingly for the Cincinnati Greens.

I liked the St. Patrick's Day uniforms, because they were in spring training, and the games didn't count. During the season, I'd rather they stick to official uniforms.
