Any idea why milb calls Bernardo Ramirez "Bernardo Moreto"? Error?

I don't have a clue, but I had also noticed the issue. I checked the 2012 Media Guide, the first one after he signed, and he's Bernardo Ramirez. In the 2014 one he's Bernardo Moreta. Not a clue how that works.... but that's what it is.

The Cleveland Browns had a star WR named Michael Jackson who, after years of NFL success, reunited with his estranged father and changed his last name to Dyson after his dad. Apparently his old man was a gold digging jerk, because the next season he was Jackson again.
