I believe Cingrani hit him intentionally, and I'm OK w/ that. And especially pleased that it lit a fuse under Votto and the rest of the reds. This game is so regimented that an occasional dustup/rivalry can be a good thing. Don't like bean ball wars, but a once and done against a non-rival/non-divisional opponent after a big losing streak...I'm more than fine with. They got "even" by hitting Vottomatic, even though it wasn't a square job. Move on, and be glad that it's over w/ nothing but good things that followed.

God forbid someone react to getting drilled in the back by a 93 mph pitch. Let's see each of you take the same and then jog to first like nothing happened.

I don't like to sound egotistical, but every time I stepped up to the plate with a bat in my hands, I couldn't help but feel sorry for the pitcher.

Old news. The new story is the Cardinals franchise holding "Oscar Taveras Day"while completely ignoring the teenage girl he killed by getting behind a wheel with a .28 blood alcohol level and driving a race car over 100mph.

Wow... who could be a fan of that despicable organization?

I'd probably be lying on the ground crying. That didn't look comfortable xD
