I am upseet with the reds

The reds traded Todd Fraizer And the reds keep losing. He needs to be with the reds.

Frazier's .214 average and .305 OBP probably wouldn't helped too much

They are going to be bad for awhile, but it'll get better. Eventually.

If a team could just decide to "do something" and no longer be in last place, there wouldn't be a last place.

Todd Frazier is doing little to nothing to help the White Sox win right now. The Reds dodged a bullet in getting rid of him before his overpriced/over 30 years kicked in. I was not overly happy with the return, but trading him was the right move. I know, Todd was a beloved player, and by all accounts a great teammate and fan favorite. It wouldn't have been the worst thing to keep him, but there's no way having him on this team would have made it any better at this point.

Michelle, I agree with you that this has been a very hard year to watch.
Not very fun at all. Hopefully the team is better next year.
I know you are a huge fan, but try not to take it so hard.. Hopefully the Reds improve.

Very similar to the George Foster trade prior to the 1982 season. The Reds picked the right time to trade him, but the return was less than enthralling.

I was flipping the channels a couple days ago, and I saw Hannigan playing for the Red Sox. Brought back good memories. At least he is still in baseball.

He's a really good guy and a good player. I like him too, Michelle.

As far as the Reds go, have you ever heard the saying "if not for the bitter, you could never taste the sweet?"

They'll win again. Soon. Until then, we'll all just build a bunch of character, cheering for our lovable losers!
    I heard your record..it's alright.
