He's gotta be pretty good if he survived The Purge. He's actually a former coach and lives in Springboro. Ironically while still employed at ESPN he lost his analyst gig at American Sports Network when they shut down earlier this year. But he's really a big advocate for the mid-major conferences.

His tenure is sure coming to end with a thud. I don't know how Lyle quitting can be blamed on Matta. But in a make or break season, you sure would want your best player on the team.
