Had this question a couple times. Here is the answer - pick who YOU would choose if you were the GM/Scouting Director. Part of the fun is comparing who you pick later on with how well guys actually fare.

Just my 2 cents: I think it's ok to start draft on Sunday but to not start the "clock" until Tuesday morning with Sunday and Monday being prime Memorials Day family gathering and activities time. Basically, start it Sunday and if the poster up is able to make their pick, excellent, but there is no rush or time limit for a pick to be made until like 11 am on Tuesday.

I am going to be very liberal on the time allotted to pick. In the past I made the mistake of pushing it, forgetting we had members in Korea and Germany on a very different time window. If we get really close to actual draft day I'll push it a bit, and I'll send a PM to remind people if it gets to be a long wait
