Wow a 3 run double ties the game at 4 runs each.

    Blown save for Iglesias.

3-run double by Mookie Betts ties the game at 4-4.

Of course. And it's not on Price. It's the team that will find a way to lose a lot even with when they put their best players in the position to win. Complete breakdown of everything the last week.

Mookie Betts inspired by Billy Hamilton.
The team Matheny described several times this weekend as the team he thinks the Cardinals could be, is actually the team the Reds have become.

Well it could be argued that he overused Raisel and Lorenzen all year.

Was a bit worried they would finish the season in a blaze of glory and that would foolishly influence their winter decisions. I should have known better. But I suspect they'll come up with some other reason to stand pat.

Not Iglesias and not lately at all. No way. Even with his 2 inning stints. He has spaced him out well.
Lorenzen sure but he has been off even before you could say he was overused.

Today's Joe Nuxhall Star of the Game is Jackson Stephens, who pitched 6 innings allowing 1 run on 2 hits with 3 K's and 2 BB's in a no-decision, and also was 1-for-2 with a run scored.

The Reds clinch their third straight 90-loss season. Other than 2015-17, the only streak of consecutive 90-loss seasons in club history was 1930-34.

It's been 83 years since the Reds have been this inept.
