    Freeney announced his retirement.

    The Hall awaits.

He should thank Jonathan Ogden during his speech.

I'd love to see him and Mathis get in the same year.

The Colts can really help themselves with two early 2nd Rd picks. A lot of talent is available.

It will be interesting to see if they use one of those on a RB?

I hope they don’t, sign CJ Anderson and go defense or receiver.

I think one is a CB (Josh Jackson, Donte Jackson, Isaiah Oliver or Carlton Davis).

With the other, they trade down and pick up DT Hercules Mata'afa or LB Josey Jewell.

I agree, but somehow I think if Chubb or Jones is sitting there they will take them. Hope I am wrong.

I think Nelson will prove to have been a fantastic pick for the team. I have no idea what the hell to think about the rest of their draft though.

Athletes and speed, something lacking with this team. I think they did a nice job, got 3 starters in the first 2 rounds and got a situational guy and a special teams standout also. They did Great in rounds 4-7 according to the local expert Rick Venturi.

Andrew Luck throws and says he feels great, says he will be ready for the opener.

    From Rotoworld with Rotoworld comments:

Andrew Luck (shoulder) was throwing a high school ball in Tuesday's minicamp session.

Luck also said afterward he has thrown "The Duke," which is what he calls a real NFL football. He's apparently been throwing for two weeks. The size difference between an NFL and high school ball is minimal — it's mostly about weight — but it's still not quite what we needed to hear. Even with the high school ball, Luck was not uncorking screamers. Despite all that, owner Jim Irsay pledged afterward that Luck would have no "limitations" for training camp. Right now, that sounds more like a hope than a guarantee. Luck is making progress but has a long way to go.

Well Luck played a game without getting hurt.

Andrew Luck completed 6-of-9 passes for 64 yards in Thursday’s preseason opener versus the Seahawks.

Luck went 5-of-7 for 55 yards on the Colts' opening drive, even taking a hit at one point when scrambling for a first down on third-and-short. HC Frank Reich took a more vanilla approach with Indy's offensive scheme Thursday, but Luck ultimately looked his normal form in his first game action in 18 months. If Luck continues to look healthy without any setbacks, both he and T.Y. Hilton's ADP's are sure to skyrocket over the next three weeks.

    From Rotoworld with Rotoworld comments:

Colts FS Malik Hooker (knee) is expected to make his preseason debut Saturday against the 49ers.

It will be Hooker's first game action since going down with a torn ACL last season. The Ohio State standout impressed as a rookie, totaling 22 tackles and three interceptions before his injury in Week 7.
