Oh I very much think there is a leading candidate. They picked up Price's option knowing that in all likelihood this was his last season.
She would at least make watching a Reds game more enjoyable.

So much good news out of this...as long as Riggleman doesn't get his interim title turned into permanent. Glad to see they will conduct a full on search.
Really like Darwin as the pitching coach...all of our young guys had a lot of success with him in AA, probably very comfortable with him too. He also might become our permanent pitching coach.

I believe this is the best move for the organization. Price wasn't the whole problem but he didn't improve the areas over which he did control. And while the rosters have been weak, they weren't 60-wins weak, IMO.
