There are only eight guys on the Reds who were on the team when Skip Schumaker was with the Reds, and four of them were rookies in Skip's last year.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

I think George thought Barnhart was out 3.

Maybe we should call that a J.R...as in a Smith. "I thought the game was over/tied."

It rules that the Reds kept Duvall and Hamilton until the point where they value totally cratered.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    2016 RF -55 runs
    2016 LF +16 runs
    2017 LF +8 runs

In the last two seasons Winkler has played 51 games in RF, and and 19 in LF, and looking at his DRS/1200 innings ratings:

    RF -33 runs
    LF -25 runs

Schebler for his 4 yr career:

    RF +3
    CF 0
    LF -7

Billy Hamilton for his exclusive CF 6 yr career is at +11 runs with this year by year:

    2013 +27
    2014 +14
    2015 +10
    2016 +19
    2017 +9
    2018 -3
All those numbers are meaningless (one exception Hamilton) because of sample sizes.

Fangraphs had an interesting article on Duvll in April based on early season. Still seems true.

Pitchers are throwing inside to him. His batted balls are predictable, lots of pulling, very little opposite field hitting. In this day of defensive positioning, his singles and doubles production has declined.

His walk rate is up substantially, but the combo of Ks and balls hit into the left side defense isn’t good.

Interesting. I wonder what the tech/data advance will be for the hitters.
