I'll mention something that hasn't been brought up yet. Maybe you are already doing this and I have no reason to believe you aren't already buff, but now would be a good time to take extra care of health and fitness. It will make more difference to your quality of life during the next 20 years than anything else can.
And I don't mean you have to go to the gym or anything like that, which would be impractical if you're traveling anyway. You don't have to start running or take pilates classes. All I'm talking about is spending 10-15 minutes a day on some basic strength training and a little walking. I'm 64, have never been to a gym in my life, and am in better shape than nearly anyone I meet that is 20 years younger. I have a few weights in the garage that we all have used over the years, and every day I just cycle through the bench press, dead lift, and pull-ups, and that's it. If I'm traveling, I do a ton of pushups. I never spend more than 15 minutes at it.
Anyway, maybe it's already something you do, but I wanted to make sure you give it serious consideration. I know how it is when you pass 50, and (for me, anyway), just that 10 minutes a day makes a world of difference.
Good luck on your next 30 years.
