I'm fine with him as a Loogy. Not a world beater or anything, but from 2014-18 he's been pretty solid (almost all relievers have a hiccup here or there).
Last year he got a one year deal for $2.15 mill, I imagine it would be something pretty much like that this time around as well.
And I can almost picture him in a Reds uniform...

#Reds, looking to add to bullpen, are in serious discussions with lefty Zach Duke, sources tell me & @Ken_Rosenthal. Duke was with Reds for a little bit in ‘13. Allowed just 1 HR last year with Twins and Mariners
Not a bad move I guess. I think I'd prefer Sipp but if they can get Duke for a mill or two, that's a solid add.

I'd be ok with this as he's been successful lately and we need another lefty in the pen. I'd go 1yr 2million with a team option in 2020.
I've been hoping for Sipp too, but, without looking at his numbers, Duke would work.

It’s ok, adds needed lefty depth, but bullpen obviously wasn’t a big area of focus this off-season. Not much of an upgrade IMO.

Had a cup of coffee with the Reds a few years back... I haven't kept up with him much over the years, but I seem to remember him having a wipeout slider that was particularly effective against lefties. Would fill the LOOGY role very nicely.
