Here's a little more information on the fan who caught Pujols's ball.

Orlando Arcia just had one of the rare, dreaded double errors on a Bryce Harper groundball that should have been a double play. Arcia booted the grounder and then threw the ball away. So instead of 2 out, no one on, it's 0 outs and runners at 2nd and 3rd. Rough.

If MLB expands to Mexico City, this is what they could be in for.

put the field in a dome
The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).

Didn't Cal/Stanford have to cancel (or at least postpone) their football game last year due to poor air quality? I'm not sure this is a Mexico issue.

That was due to smoke from wildfires also.

    Re: 2019 MLB Season Discussion

Made the mistake of wandering over to a Marlins fan forum tonight. It’s pretty depressing.

Got me thinking about the team they’d have now if not for trades or unfortunate events.

A battling lineup with Ozuna, Yelich, Stanton, Realmuto, and Dietrich.
A rotation of Fernandez (RIP), Trevor Williams, Luis Castillo, Chris Paddack, and Disco.

There aren’t many fan bases out there I feel more sorry for than the Marlins’.

They had Paddack, too? Ouch. We have their AAA team coming here next year. Pretty excited for that as they should get some good draft picks and have a lot of young talent (to squander).

Also, the Marlins have won the World Series twice since the last time the Reds won a postseason series. Don't feel TOO bad for them!

I have their AA team this year. (Your team next year)...... they suck. Pretty much devoid of talent. 14-27
