I hope he returns to the lineup real soon but I don’t see how who we traded for Wood has much to do with Scooters injury.
The Reds have guys in camp who are perfectly capable of filling in at 2nd Base until Scooter gets back

If he couldn't stand on it, and he heard a pop the best case is probably a grade 2 and 2-3 months. Usually if you hear a pop it's a grade 3, and he's done for the year.

Like several here, I’m not optimistic. If my concerns are realized, I hope the Reds recall Senzel. Put him on the team if you’re serious about winning. Scooter is an impact player. Replace him with an impact player. Dietrich was a nice pickup and all, but he ain’t what we need right now.
