Jim Day isn't a bad announcer per se, just incredibly boring.
It reminds me of playoff baseball, when you often get some odd starting times.

I still consider him better than Kelch in that regard but Day is at his best as the man on the field. You're making the announce booth and in-game reporting worse by putting him where he doesn't belong.
