Thanks Yasiel for what you gave the Reds this year on and off the field. Mostly the Hustle and Passion. I wish you much success with your new team.

Rumor on social media is Puig bought a house in Cincinnati and wants to return. I assume it is fake news. Sad!

I still am getting a kick out of how he didn’t get thrown out for slamming his helmet down and striking a pose after that strike call in his last game. Classic.

never ever saw a player like him..... just him running to first base was huge... I guess the reds felt he was to good of a player to play here after all.. they at least gave him a chance to win....

he's a free agent in a few months...
The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).

Congratulations to him he's a hell of a dude! Even though it's time was brief I'm glad that we got to enjoy him for 4 months and I wish you well in everything he does. I think it's pretty obvious he's not going to be a red again not with the way Aquino is playing. Always have a soft spot in my heart for Puig my friend

Who do you move to LF Puig or Aquino considering how Aquino's been since being called up?

Puigís better now in RF...Aquino all the tools but seems rough around the edges a bit out there. 35 more games out there this year and I might not think that anymore though

It probably doesn’t make the most baseball sense for us, but the fan in me STILL wants to bring Puig back this offseason. Move Aquino to LF, trade Winker for a SS or C, whatever. Just get this guy back to Cincinnati, and I would be a very happy man.

If the money people can get Puig here without sacrificing another area of need, I'm all for it. Either Puig or Aquino look to be a LF upgrade, so have at it if Puig wants to be here bad enough to be here for reasonable money.

    Re: Good Luck Yasiel Puig!

I’d also explore signing Puig, playing him in CF and moving Senzel back to 2B.

    2B Senzel
    LF Winker
    3B Suarez
    CF Puig
    RF Aquino
    1B Votto
    SS Galvis
C Grandal on a 1 year deal or Barnhart until Stephenson is ready

Another thought is to sign Puig and trade Winker for Russell and Happ. Who says no to that?
    Go BLUE!!!
