When I was in my formative years of baseball, that would have been a hit every time.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

what are you suggesting with claiming his success is related to a juiced ball if not for the power element?

why even bother with a swing like that from Votto?

Because it was a borderline pitch that he wouldn't have been able to do anything with, so he tried to foul it off?

    Quick 1-2-3 and now it's Bauer-time.

Alright, the only inning that will decide if the Bauer trade was good or not.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I said he was the crushing the ball, as in he was hitting really well.

Here are his OPS’s from AA the previous 2 years (he repeated it) before going hog wild at AAA:

    2017: 678
    2018: 754

And then he gets DFA’d and immediately resigned by Reds and puts up following at AAA in 2019: 992

One of these is unlike the others.
What would you say.....ya do here?

He got the first batter out. The trade was a success.

#27 is a number that works well for an outfielder, a starting infielder, or a quality pitcher.
