    Bell would have garnered the same suspension even if he would have shoved Hurtle to the ground. Anything more and the suspension certainly would have been longer. But my guess is, the range of potential activity for the same number of suspension games he received is, at the low end, coming back onto the field at all, and at the high end, pushing Hurtle to the ground.

    Yep, he should have done it when he had the chance. Now? Stakes are way too high.
