    Pioneer League End-of-the-Year All-Stars...

3 Mustangs: Quin Cotton, Omar Conoropo and Miguel Medrano. Two pitchers, one outfielder.

On the pitching side, Medrano made for an easy selection among the six hurlers honored. The Reds right-hander is tops in the Pioneer League in ERA (2.84), WHIP (0.98) and average-against (.200) over 57 innings for Billings. He's struck out 65 and walked only 14 over that span.
Conoropo was not far behind Medrano: ERA (2.97), WHIP (1.01), BAA (.224). In 57.2 IP, he struck out 55, while walking just 11.

A good early indicator of legitimate "stuff" is when strikeouts surpass H+W. Medrano achieved that. Coronopo just missed. Both worth keeping an eye on.
