[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

Let's take Ivan Johnson off and add Nick Lodolo.
Lodolo is the choice for me. If Greene was healthy it would have been a discussion but ...

You could throw a dart at any of five names, IMO: India, T. Stephenson, Greene, Lodolo, and Garcia.
I'll go Tyler Stephenson.
He plays a position that's always in need. He has pop he hasn't gotten to, but has been very productive in tough hitting environments. He was outstanding against top-notch competition in the AFL. He's still relatively young. He has defensive upside. And his swing is conducive to success even if he doesn't find that extra HR oomph.
Lodolo is a pitcher who's had remarkably few innings as a professional.
Greene was injured, and we don't know how he'll respond physically.
India struggled to hit as a top level.
Garcia is still at least a year away from dominance.
That said, I suspect all five of these guys will end up being above average major leaguers. How far above average will determine the success of the team moving forward.

I'm going with TySteve just because he's performed well at AA and plays a premium position. But I can see the argument for Lodolo or Greene. I think India is a half step behind the others.

Seriously.... Lodolo was my #1
You can edit the poll to add him.

I'm not as high on Greene as many, but I'm left cold by the others. Greene gets it on upside, but the injury devalues him. Not real high on anyone actually.

Lodolo needs to be on there. He's my vote, and it's not particularly close.

Every poll needs to have an other option, just in case you forget to place a name on there that should be on there.
Nick Lodolo gets my vote too
There has only been 15 votes so far. Lets just close this thread and start over.
Thanks for doing this Redread. I did it a couple times and it can be a lot of work.
