    You've obviously never paid for litigation. Attorneys charge their innocent clients the same hourly fee as the guilty ones. Both the guilty and the innocent are a lot more ready to settle once the initial retainer is used up and they start getting bills.

    Why? The Indians lost to the Astros in the playoffs a couple years ago. Clevinger doesn't have to hit against them and he can throw mid 90s.
