Weird, I thought they were clones.
    Zombie Clones.

Last time I was in Buckhead it was to see the Ramones and Frank Black at the Roxy.

    Oil and water.

I've made a tough decesion after tonight (helped by sweet sweet vodka. Bless the Russians for this wonderful drink). I've decided to break contact with Katie. The whole gang was out again tonight, and I just can't stand seeing her with her new guy. It's literally making me insane to be around them, knowing that she's chosen the other guy over me, and then having to hang out with them.

I'm making everyone around me misarable. I'm going to be miserable either way, so I might as well be misarable alone.

Screw it, I need another drink.

This is all Ted Turners fault. Somehow.

Phil, take a break from the pain.. it can only do you (and your friendship with Katy) good.

Now... If I may...... what kind of Bible group (or church) goes out drinking together?

I only ask because I told my wife your story and she asked me to ask you the above.

Her church growing up wouldn't allow them to dance much alone drink, I think you shifted her paradigm so much she needs to get back.

    Non-denominational, baby!

Don't forget, Christ's first public miracle was to make water into wine to keep a party going!

Raisor, why not just pack up your stuff and move up here to the 'Nati? Not a lot of Braves fans here. Of course, I don' think there's many Braves fans in Atlanta either.

If someone wants to hook me up with a job where I don't have to do much, and get paid alot for it, hell yeah I'll move back up.

My Katie-Free life lasted about 13 hours. I got talked into going to the Atlanta Botanical Garden with her and "Skippy".
I'm not exactly sure HOW I got talked into going, but I did it anyway.

I'm pretty much hopeless I guess.

    Phil,

I posted this on the other forum, but it's the same advice I would give you here. You have to pull yourself together.

Don't give her any power over your moods. She had her chance, and she chose a shallow pretty boy over the MAN we all know and respect.

She flunked the IQ test. It would have been doomed to failure. Lick your wounds, and go on to greener pastures. Your woman is still out there, undiscovered, and waiting for you.

Can you mention women and pastures in the same sentence?

Not trying to be mean, but it's wise words I done once heard:

No matter how hot she is, there's at least one guy out there who's sick of her crap.

Keep the spirit of it in mind.

I'm all for not letting her know she broke your heart, but this is going to far.

Instead of letting yourself get "talked into going" you should have dropped the jeans, turned around, and told her to kiss it goodbye.
Will trade this space for a #1 starter.

    So incredibly true.
