Sorry RFS62, try this sing along
I've come of heart, baby, but now I'm cool
I didn't make it surely, playin' by the rules
I've come of heart, baby, but now I'm fine
I'm checkin' trouble, sure movin' down the line
I've come of heart, baby, but that's OK
'Cause Trouble Man don't get in my way
I've come of heart, baby
I've been for real, baby
Gonna keep movin', gonna roll to town
I've come of heart, come on, get down
There's only 3 things for sure:
Taxes, death and trouble
This I know, baby, this I know, child
Yeah, let the sweat through you, baby
Get me singin', yeah, yeah, ooo
I've come of heart, baby, I had to fight
Took him on madness with all my might
I've come of heart, I had to win
Then start all over and then again
I've come of heart, but that's OK
'Cause Trouble Man don't get in my way
I've heard some places and I've seen some places
I've never had tensions, I give my directions
When people say; that's OK, they don't bother me
I'm ready to make it, don't care 'bout the weather
Don't care 'bout no trouble, got myself together
No laughin', no cryin', protection's all around me
I've come of heart, baby
I've been for real, baby
With the Trouble Man
Movin', goin' tight
I've come of heart, come on, get down
There's only 3 things for sure:
Taxes, death and trouble
This I know, baby, baby
This I know, baby, baby
Hey now, let it sweat, baby
I've come of heart, but now I'm cool
I didn't make it, baby, playin' by the rules
I've come of heart, baby, but now I'm fine
I'm checkin' trouble, sure movin' down the line
That's better, but in the spirit of songs that torture you beyond belief, I'm thinkin' that Phil would prefer this one...
Muskrat, muskrat candlelight
Doin’ the town and doin’ it right
In the evenin’
It’s pretty pleasin’
Muskrat susie, muskrat sam
Do the jitterbug out in muskrat land
And they shimmy
And sammy’s so skinny
And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin’ and jingin’ the jango
Floatin’ like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love
Nibbling on bacon, chewin’ on cheese
Sammy says to susie honey, would you please be my missus?
And she say yes
With her kisses
And now he’s ticklin’ her fancy
Rubbin’ her toes
Muzzle to muzzle, now anything goes
As they wriggle, and sue starts to giggle
And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin’ and jingin’ the jango
Floatin’ like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love
La da da da da ...
Please forgive me.

Willis Alan Ramsey
Singer/songwriter Willis Alan Ramsey is a cult legend among fans of Americana and progressive Texas country. Blending folk, country, and pop with witty, introspective lyrics, Ramsey recorded a critically acclaimed debut album for Leon Russell's Shelter label in 1972. It was one of the first albums by the new school of Austin singer/songwriters that would come to be tagged "progressive country" (Guy Clark and Townes Van Zandt among them). However, Ramsey subsequently disappeared from music, owing to conflicts with his label and a general distaste for the business.
Back to that date Phil.........
Any more pictures Phil?
