Lumpy Herron, well named PGA golfer, had this to say about fitness...

aerobics every other day. static contraction weight lifting every two weeks. baseball drills 4 days a week.

breakfast consists of one of the following:
    shredded wheat cereal
    wheat bagel w/cheese, milk, strawberry/blackberry/blueberry
    jambilya with fruit juice

    two to three hours later:
multi-grain bar, fruit, ham or turkey sandwich on 12 grain bread, boiled potato...glass of milk with all

two to three hours later, lunch:
    chinese food w/green tea
turkey or ham sandwich, soup, milk
    jambilya
    dirty rice
or some toher extrodinarily high carb/high starch thing

    two hours later:
multi-grain bar, fruit, ham or turkey sandwich on 12 grain bread, boiled potato...glass of orange juice with all

    three hours later, supper:
corn, peas, carrots, mashed potatos w/skins...meat (usualy chicken), mac & cheese, milk, fruit juice

and then, i just basically try to eat something every 3 hours after that (yeah, i'm usually awake that long every day)...at some point i make sure to have some junk food like m&ms, reese's cups, chips, etc...otherwise i don't get enough fat intake through the day. i also drink a lot of Sobe (power, energy, grape grog, nirvana, black and blue berry), as well as 1 can of pop (yummy caffeine), and usually an energy drink at 430 in the morning (during my last break at work).

i've gone from being 190 LBS to 207 LBS...my BMI has gone from 19.4% fat to 14.6% fat...750 lb. calf press to 1000+ lbs., 120 lb. bench press to 210 lb bench ...4.8 second 40 yard dash, and yet somehow i struggle to do a mile in less than 10 minutes. in a matter of about 14 weeks.

I lift weights 5-6 days a week and run 4 miles 3-4 times a week.

It is getting harder and harder to do as I get older.

    Holy cow....

My girlfriend's got me into Yoga.

I never would have thought that I'd be the type of guy that does it, but boy oh boy do I like it.

About five times a week, I do my Yoga tapes, and then I run my staircase for about twenty minutes.

I've also been using my nautilus machine again since my roomate moved out, along with the myriad boxes that were surrounding it.

I feel like a teenager again.
