That looks very.... pointy.

My wife is writing a novel, 5th year now, over 700 pages and should be done in April, that's just the 1st draft, living with a writer is journey through the many levels of the soul.First step on the path to cultural domination, baby.

I was supposed to be done in March... of 03. Then Sept of 03, June 04, Dec 04... :MandJ:

Looks like you have to buy a "specially marked" product from Godiva to enter. Or send in something, get something back, and send it back in. :thumbdown
Z, go buy me some specially marked Godiva chocolates!
Flowers, chocolates, rum & cokes... where does it end???? :MandJ:Originally Posted by RosieRed

I swear, it is at least 90 degrees in my apartment. Windows are all open and it's still hot as can be.
This talk of expensive shoes and chocolate reminds me: I need to go shopping. Nothing like finding my way back to reality by having to buy a gift for a friend's new baby.
Catch up with y'all later!
And here I thought I was being nice. I haven't even brought up jewelry yet!Originally Posted by zombie-a-go-go

I would tell her that all day long and twice on Sunday.
Have fun as long as you can. I don't mean play games with people's feelings.
Most people in their early twenties have no idea what they really want in a mate. They have fantasy ideals that rarely intersect with the real world.
As Roy points out often, and I couldn't agree more... most men aren't worth a damn until they near 30.

I'll give you my best friend's number... Tell him that he shouldn't marry someone he can't trust. Tell him that by putting a ring on her finger, it doesn't ensure that she'll be faithful. I just want him to find someone worthy of his time and love... I know he loves her, so I really hope it works out... (As much as it kills me to say that!)Originally Posted by RFS62

RFS, I was married at 21 years and two months. Our 10 year anniversary is coming up in May of this year. My wife and I couldn't be happier together and have one of those really special marriages. I'm not suggesting it's a good idea, but there are times when getting married young is the right thing to do.
There's nothing I'd do differently in getting married.
Really, my wife and I were head over heels in love. So we didn't see the value in waiting years to get married when we knew we wanted to be with each other. And we certainly had no interest in dating others simply because we were "too young".
People at that young an age shouldn't be "looking" to get married. But my philosophy is that you get married when you meet the right person. But too many people kid themselves into thinking they've met the right person. It should be a no doubter in my opinion. Some folks need longer than others to figure that out.

And you, sir, are the exception, not the rule.
You always knew you were exceptional, didn't you?
