- They had a guy on the David Letterman show a ways back that could shoot milk out the corner of his eye. The most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

- My youngest was born with a cleft palate (i.e. no roof of her mouth). When she spit up milk, it would shoot out her nose. After the docs assured us it was OK, it got to be pretty funny (and she's fine and all fixed up now, I can't say enough good things about Children's Hospital here in Cincinnati).

- I cooked spareribs on the grill last afternoon/night. I brined them beforehand which seems to work really well. Best ribs I've ever done (and I've done some mighty fine ribs before).

well, every now and then I get a pang of nervousness, but by next Monday, hopefully that will be settled, as I'll already be married!

Whoa, heavy stuff.

There isn't much planning left to do, other than table seating, and the constant writing of thank you notes. I also have to pack up as I'm moving, but I'll be around Cincy through next Thursday, so I can pack then... A lot of my stuff has been moved already anyway.

Its freaking awesome - reliving my youth, getting to revisit the invention of the Chia Pet, scratch and sniff stickers, chicks wearing those horrible leg warmers, Video killed the Radio Star, Top Gun, Officer and a Gentlemen, Kanga-Roos, Patrick Ewing, Michael Jackson when he was a person, All the Right Moves, Phil Collins and that really wierd puppet video, who shot JR, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, the Molly Ringwald Trilogy, Wierd Science, Cult of Personalty, Def Leppard and the Glam Rock, Bronson Pinchot, Wildcats
