I made good quesadilla on the grill last week.

Interesting idea, Roy. We usually do them in the microwave at our house. The grill would probably be more exciting.

Speaking of food, y'all. I just ran across this simple-sounding recipe and thought I'd post it here for reactions.

Ranch Roasted Potatoes

1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing mix
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Place potatoes in plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat.
Add dressing mix and toss to coat again.
Place in ungreased baking pan and bake at 450' for 35 minutes or until tender.

Serves 4-6

I have never see an episode of Dawson's Creek, so I can't comment on the series finale (although Katie Holmes - mmmmm). But I am sure it was no where near as sad as when Kevin and Winnie Cooper broke up. You knew it was coming but they grew up together and she went from ugly to awesome almost overnight...

They show reruns on TBS, you should watch it! You can see Katie twice a day.

I made good quesadilla on the grill last week.

A tortilla, piece of monterrey jack cheese, foid it over like an omlette, brush each side with a little butter (just a smidge), and do 1-2 minutes on each side. Gets just a little toasty, let the cheese get a little gooey, and cut with a rotary pizza cutter. Serve with salsa and a little sour cream. Mmmmm....

Made them for Mrs. Tucker and 2 daughters on the patio. They (or we) ate several. Next week I'll do them again with a little chicken and guacamole. Need to be careful and keep them simple, I think that what makes them good.

Switch chicken for steak and I'm on board

I love a good quesadilla, I'm not good at cooking them..applebees makes good ones though

Today's going to be a good day. It's Sunday, going to get some painting and yard work on my new house done.

Doesn't it feel great to be accomplished? I personally have to get ready for the wedding (one week!), and hopefully if I listen to the Reds game they'll win. The first SF game: didn't listen to = loss. Next two: listened = won. Rockies: haven't listened = lost...see a pattern? Sorry, it's all my fault
