I have made a decision on lunch: The Blue Hen Club.

Turkey, Ham, Swiss and American Cheese with Lettuce, Tomato and Crisp Bacon.

Lunch was free range chicken breast with veggies and some raw nuts

Hmmmm, I'll have to hunt down that Giana show. Haven't seen it.

Rachael Ray did a FHM issue that someone sent me the links to way bacjk when. I'll have to hunt down that too.

For a taste of the exotic, the guest Japanese actresses on "Iron Chef" aren't too hateful either.

Giana is the granddaughter of Dino De Laurentiis and used to be a celebrity personal chef. She does simple Italian cooking and has the largest head this side of Tony Randall, I steal her stuff always.

BTW Roy I began a journy today and I hear I'm to be envied... I began the Rabbit series by Updike.

I have had my share, your share and everybody else's share of grease today. I ran out of cereal so the only thing I really had time to make for breakfast this morning was some left over Italian sausage I used to make chili with on Sunday. And, because I didn't have any time last night or this morning, I didn't bring my lunch so I had lunch at Camp Washington Chili. Tonight, I may have some LaRosa's. So, for at least today, Grease is the word.

BTW Roy I began a journy today and I hear I'm to be envied... I began the Rabbit series by Updike.

Oh man... I happen to think Updike's Rabbit books are the greatest series of books ever written by an American author. But that's just my opinion. I'll be interested to hear what you think after you're done.

I thought the first was just a tad bit slow (still brilliant) but he really hit his pace with the second and subsequent books. Reading those books was like from Tangled up in Blue

Still haven't had time to get to Best Buy to get those Shins CD's, but that will change tonight.

Planning on getting both of those CD's, the Afghan Whigs, White Lion's Greatest Hits, and a classical CD.

My wife left for Cleveland with the kids about 10 minutes ago. I will be driving up seperately tomorrow morning. Those CD's should be good listening for the 3 hr 15 minute drive.
