    Answers from the Cincy CVB

Just to get a different perspective from the people who gather and distribute this kind of info for a living, I sent this round of FAQ questions to the media office at the Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors' Bureau. I'm sharing what they sent me below and will give them credit on the initial post when I finish updating the answers above.

Q: "" where to get tickets.
A:Tickets are available at Great American Ball Park, tickets.com or at the Visitor Information Center located on Fountain Square (at the corner of 5th and Vine).

    Q: "" hotels/motels near the stadium.
A: Cincinnati has eight hotels that are located downtown. For more information, including travel packages and discounted stays, please visit www.CincyHotels.com

Q: "" other things to do in Cincinnati during my visit.*

A: Cincinnati has numerous activities to keep families busy during a stay in Cincinnati. Please visit www.CincyUSA.com for more information.*

For information about the rest of your questions, please contact Great American Ball Park or visit their website: http://cincinnati.reds.mlb.com/NASAp..._frontdoor.jsp

I say this every time, go to ARNOLD's Bar and Grill. Okay, so my friend owns the joint, but it is only the longest running establishment in town. And it's a good tavern.

Hofbrauhaus is pretty cool, too. I like the beer garden out back.

I think staying in Covington/Newport is the way to go. Coupla nice hotels overlooking the river. It's nice to have the city to look at.
Next Reds manager, second shooter. --Confirmed on Redszone.

OK by me. Does the answer need to consist of more than the info here? http://www.cvgairport.com/ground/public.shtml
