I'm surprised these things don't happen more often with the schedule these politicians keep. I could never keep up with it. When I get sick, I'm out of commission for at least a couple of days. There's no way I could continue with such a busy schedule if I had the flu.

I can recall President George H. W. Bush collapsing and vomiting while on a state visit to Japan in about 1991. Political leaders have a demanding job and their bodies are not immune to disease. I hope Senator Clinton is okay.

Anyone else thought it was funny that they had to mention that Bill, 58, underwent quad-bipass.. Is that supposed to imply that they are a frail old couple or something ?

Good to hear that Sen. Clinton is okay. Must not have been too bad b/c she attended another event that evening. I would assume that doctors gave her a thorough exam after the collapse earlier in the day and let her attend the evening event.

I read that and immediately though maybe there was an implication into questionable dietary habits.

Been eating too many nachos on the private jet, I guess. That cheese goop would clog any artery.

Considering the time of year, I wonder if she passed out because of some weight-loss regimen like half of the country goes on in January?

They're concerned, that's all. Everyone knows heart disease runs in families.

    A very intuitive hypothesis, Unassisted.
