Seems that Philly has changed their defensive scheme to start this 2nd half. It looks like a 4 man front, with more in the backfield to cover the pass and stop Brady.

IMO...bad strategy. You give Brady the kind of time I'm currently seeing to throw, then you're going down.

    Pats TD 14-7.

Eagles had better go to putting more men on that line, and mix up their blitzs, to keep the pressure on Brady, or this thing is already over IMO... and Brady will get another Super Bowl MVP.

It's not looking good for me right now. I picked the Eagles.

But I bet on the coin toss, and won that. :gac:

In my lifetime, I've bever seen another QB get as much time to throw the ball as Tom Brady.

    TD Philly. 14-14

McNabb's receivers make up for his less then accurate throwing.

Re: The Official "We Hate Leon!!!" aka Super Bowl thread

I did not know it was possible for broadcasters to take an exciting, close Super Bowl game between two evenly matched teams and make it sound boring. Buck is a snoozer, Collinsworth hasn't had an insight in his career, and Aikman has had too many concussions.

Then, what was the deal with the Eagles and clock management. Were they sitting on double 4s in the office pool?

That was the worst clock management I've seen in a long time.

I didn't think the announcers were bad at all... they discussed each play, what went wrong (when applicable), what could have been done better. Perhaps you could explain exactly what you expect?

Agree. Eagles obviously don't know (or can't execute) a hurry-up offense.
