I did it!! But I had no clue what to pick, so I basically just went with whatever sounded good. :MandJ: Oh well, I tried!!

How, then, are those people of the future—who are taking steroids every day—going to look back on baseball players who used steroids? They're going to look back on them as pioneers. They're going to look back at it and say "So what?" - Bill James, Cooperstown and the 'Roids

I got 10 right for 1000 points. Not sure how they tally the "minutes over" bonus, but I picked 11 minutes and Chris Rock signed off at the 10 minute 45 second mark.

Congrats Redsfanatic. Your picking Cate Blanchett was probably the difference.

Yeah, I know. It looks like there's a bug there.

    Two questions for everyone:

    1. I missed all but the last half hour of the show. How was Chris Rock?

    2. Was Dustin Hoffman drunk?

    1. Mildly insulting to a few people. I wasn't aware of a single f-bomb. I was tired of his shtick about 2 minutes into the monologue. Apparently, Rock got into a dustup with Sean Penn over Rock's comments about Jude Law. I must have skipped through that on the DVR.

    2. Probably

I don't know, but Sean Penn really seemed to be on something.

I enjoyed Chris Rock, but I'll be surprised if he's asked back.

That's the exact same thing I asked my wife when he was on stage with Barbara Streisand. I think he was.

Chris Rock is Chris Rock. He offends people as a joke, for fun. I knew that mixture wouldn't go over well with Hollywood's A-List.

His joke about Oprah being so rich that John Kerry just proposed to her made me laugh, as did his comment about Jay Z needing to go chase down his woman (Ashanti) because a white man was going to steal her. :MandJ:
