    Non-inflammatory avatar question

Is there a way to disable the animated avatars without turning all of them off?

I (and this is just me, mind you) find some (some) of them highly distracting, and would love to be able to freeze them, or something.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You should be able to disable animations in your browser options.

    In Mozilla it's Edit>Preferences>Privacy & Security>Images>Animated images should loop = "never"
