    4/21 vs Pirates

    Freel
    Jr
    Casey
    Pena
    Dunn
    DJ
    Larue
    Lopez

I was pretty sure Miley didn't have a big enough pair to sit one of the veterans instead of Kearns.

    The 2/3 black hole. Yippee.

Surprising to see Junior playing on wet turf (if they play at all).

Yeah, me too. I thought another day of rest for Jr. might be in order given the field, with Kearns playing.

Miley has Griffey(.705 OPS) and Casey(.542 OPS) batting ahead of Dunn(1.100 OPS). Unreal. I don't get the guy at all.

It's obvious Miley doesn't look at stats.

Well, in the above cases, that is a rather limited sample size...

Yeah... but he still doesn't look at stats.

Someone let him know about Earl Weavers 3x5's

I would have sit Casey again. He can't hit a ball off a tee right now.

Only when it suits what he already wants to do. He sat Dunn last Saturday he said because he had struggled against Pettitte.

Hopefully, you just guaranteed today he would break out of the slump.

And he probably won't start hitting without getting AB's. Don't be surprised if todays the day he busts out.
