Now, why'd you have to go and bring up Dante Bichette?Originally Posted by zombie-a-go-go

Is that really what we want the discourse to be here in the minors? Why can't we talk more about Rich Aurilia? Or Joe Randa?

How is it decided how my points are determined on what I post?

Storm my man...how in the world have you gotten to -10? I know the first class looks down on us lowly steerage passengers but -10?
What about the us guys who may not make it to the show. What I want to know is are the FO going to go out draft the kind of staff we need to make it into the show. The odd Homer Bailey makes it in here but after a while they may just turn into a Damien Moss or Luke Prokpec.

Quality posts and an overall positive contribution to the conversation will eventually get you there. It really doesn't matter which side of the conversation one finds themselves. What matters is the consideration used in developing one's point and the way that point is expressed (effective use of facts as a foundation for an opinion for example).

People with rights to post in CRT are, essentially, free to grade posts however they choose. They are limited to 5 grades per 24 hour (rolling) period. They can not rate the same person again until they have rated 15 other people.Originally Posted by alexad
I have some consternation that this will make it tough on some of the lurkers to ever get CRTized, but of all the options we saw to improve the overall quality of the site, I think this one is the most equitible.
**edit the value of the grades a CRT enabled person give differs from person to person depending on their rating.
