I'm also curious if it will be blacked out here in Columbus. I know the cable menu is saying Columbus will get the Tigers/Red Sox game.

Hopefully they'll surprise me and show it, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

As far as the lineup goes, I also believe Griffey should be in there if WMP can't start. Griffey is on a 9 game hitting streak (as overrated as hitting streaks can be) and should start over Lopez or Aurillia with Freel/Lopez starting that position.

I will say that I am glad Randa is now in the spot he should occupy the rest of the year, the 6 hole.

    Here's to a Reds win!

Here are some career numbers against Mark Mulder:

Wily Mo: 1.167 OPS in 6 AB
Freel: .829 OPS in 5 AB
Junior: 1.000 OPS in 5 AB

Not too many ABs accumulated against Mulder, but Wily Mo and Junior have both had some amount of success against him.

    Don't fret.
The Redsox site also show them being one ESPN, but they are also on NESN so I guess we will probably get the spot.

The Sox game is the game more of the national audience gets tonight.

ESPN usually has some "backup" games to broadcast and tonight ours is one of them. People in the Sox market will probably get our game. We will too because FSN Ohio doesn't have rights to it.

I don't have a dish. There's just not enough good things about the dish over my digital cable to make the switch. And with me planning on getting HD very soon, the dish makes even less sense.

Oh well, I'll hope that I get the game on ESPN.

We beat up on Mulder last time....before he got really hot.

It might be another short night for the home team tonight with the bats.

Must be nice. Typically that would work for me in Toledo, but FSN Detroit doesn't have the rights to the Tigers/Red Sox game either, and since we're closer to Detroit we're getting the Tigers.
