Anyone else read the piece on him in the NY Times magazine on sunday?

I found it very interesting.

While I'm pretty sure my liberal bretheren are resolute that Abramoff is a pud, I really believe he doesn't think he did anything wrong, which I find facinating, based on the language contained in the emails that were released. I also think that some of the things that he did (such as founding a hebrew school) , which can't be construed in the context of the "money grubbing" for which he is accused, really show the complexity of humans and how hard it is to evaluate a person's "worth". This guy isn't all bad, or all good, but damn if he hasn't left a big footprint.
