Why does it take a slow, weak hitting middle infielder getting injured before finally putting up a respectable lineup card?
Probably the same reason 3 years of Colorado Rockies quality pitching occured in Cincinnati.Originally Posted by smith288

Let's roll with it and take this series.
Confidence breeds more confidence.
Rob Neyer: "Any writer who says he'd be a better manager than the worst manager is either 1) lying (i.e. 'using poetic license') or 2) patently delusional. Which isn't to say managers don't do stupid things that you or I wouldn't."
Man i am feeling VERY VERY good about our chance on winning today

even with Wilson pitching?Originally Posted by Sean_CaseyRules

If the lineup busts out today, hopefully it will give Miley some confidence to keep the same lineup for consecutive games
With knowing how Miley manages, we wont see this line-ip again untill next week, or the week after.

I was hoping Miley would give Bergolla a 'getaway day' start. Still don't understand the reasoning behind bringing him up, but that's the best part of being a Reds fan.
The reasoning is that he was on the 40 man roster and none of the AAA OFs were.Originally Posted by Fil3232

So.. is really going to be 85 in Cincinati today?
If so I'll say two things, one: It will be a factor. Two: Paul Wilson will look like a mess even if he pitches good.
It is going to be that warm, although there could be some late-day storms to cool things down.Originally Posted by westofyou
