Here is a question to ponder: If you had to win a game and had to start either Paul Wilson or Eric Milton, who would you choose?
Paul seems to get ahead of hitters but 84mph fastballs do put away major league hitters

You start Eric Milton. He has at least shown the capability of striking ppl. out. Paul Wilson is hurt. He's got to be, there's no other excuse for these sorts of outings.
The Front Office/Miley say that he says he is fine, but he's obviously not fine, and he's killing this ballclub with these sorts of "performances"
Why bunt when your ahead 3-1 on the count to lead off the inning?
Actually Gullet is worried that Wilson is hurt but nobody has "officially" taken action.

Why does this ballclub do 85% of the things that they do?
Nothing is wrong with Wilson, he'll tell you that, Gullet will tell you that, and O'Brien will tell you that he's gonna believe whatever comes out of Paul's mouth. I have to say, he had maybe four more mph on his fast ball last year, but it wouldn't make that much difference anyway. He can't pitch with 90 percent grit and 10 percent guile.
