    How come a guy who's batting .118 is batting 2nd when the offense has been struggling (except for the guy hitting directly behind him, where you'd think you'd want to put someone in front of him who's getting on base).

    Apparently, Miley hasn't been fired, yet. What could they possibly be waiting for? How much worse could it get?
