Kearns just made Vargas throw about an additional Inning's worth of pitches.

Thats a soft walk for Kearns. He purposely fouled off all those pitches so that he wouldn't have to do the heavy lifting.

And I blame Adam Dunn, cause they hang out and stuff.

You'd think GameDay could do better than the pictures they have the players.

They all look like they were taken with a Brownie Instamatic by my Uncle Don.

    It's about
    the ball,
    the bat,
    the mitt,
    the bases,
    and the fans

Cruz is the last MLB offensive player who was on an Opening Day roster to play in the field.

No, more like Frank Drebin's father's eye, which he carries around with him.

Would be nice if Pitches per AB was something Miley worried about.

Instead, it appears to be the amount of CPP- Chairs per Player.

33 pitches already this inning. This could get interesting.

No, the eye of Hurricane Andrew that Jim Coombs caught for Kearns in the I Dream of Genie bottle in honor of their shared childhood idol. Rumor has it that Coombs was actually responsible for the hurrican witha n irregular bowel movement, so he took it upon himself to end it.
