That's it, Miley's not stupid, just confused and not in touch with reality. While writing out the lineup cards, he saw that it was a Kid Glove game, thought we were playing the Tigers in an exhibition game, so he played all the scrubs. How embarrassed he must have been when he walked out to hand in the lineup card, and there stood Lloyd McClendon rather than Ralph Houk, and there was real grass on the field, not astroturf, and Plummer wasn't his scrub catcher, but a fat guy with porn star mustache. Nevertheless, he could not let his schizophrenic delusions be revealed quite yet, Howsam has no idea. So he handed in the card anyhow. Amazingly, it had names like Romano, Bergolla, Lopez and Valentin instead of Chaney, Vuckovich, Armbrister and Plummer.

I turned the game on FSN last night, saw the lineup and disgustedly turned it off. I'm really glad I didn't have tickets for a game like that.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!
If 8,000 people were there on vouchers...then only around 12,000 were "paying"???
