    O. Perez almost always shuts the Reds down (except for the last time). I don't think any of the lefties have hit him at all. Therefore Griffey sits, he has played alot (for him) lately and this is a good spot to rest him.

    I guess that makes sense...but that lineup isn't very intimidating....

    hasn't all of Bergolla's hits come against hard throwing lefties? perhaps that's Miley's logic. however, it's still stupid. Miley is TRYING TO LOSE this game.

    Casey actually hits .500 against Perez, but Miley sat him out last time, too.
