LaRue flailed at the first pitch (what's new) and snap throw to second by Rays catcher Hall picked off Jr. by 5 feet at second. Jr. slid but the 2nd baseman was waiting on him with the ball. It was an ugly, rally kiling play. Oh well, LaRue would have K'd anyways, per usual.
