when the lights come on and there's 3 or 4 people groping on the 20 sq ft dance floor under the disco ball with 7% of its faceted reflective surfaces chipped away and a guy over there in the corner laying in a pool of his own vomit next to the guy that's trying to get his last bullseye with his soft tip darts while moving out of the way of the only hot chick in the joint that's nudging him with her pool cue so that she can get a clear shot on the nine ball?

Oh, you meant the draft. Sorry.

And, with that pick, the Reds select the worst hitter (.227 BA/.289 OBP/.278 SLG) on what may be one of the worst Division I baseball teams in the past decade.

Maybe they think he can pitch?

So have they said when they're gonna bring Bruce in for the annual take batting Practice/tour the staduim/pose with your jersey deal (or is he already there)?

I bet there are around 100 catchers still available to be drafted that are equal or superior to Denove.

Boston just picked John Hester from Stanford. I'd take him over Denove.

I'm guessing they'll wait until the D-Rays series is over.

Probably this weekend vs the O's is a better time.

    Good lord, yes.

I honestly feel that Reynolds thinks he's smarter than every other team in the draft.

    Man, is he wrong.
