Hmm... I'm listening to Elvis right now, so I guess I'll just bow out of this conversation.

"It's easier to give up. I'm not a very vocal player. I lead by example. I take the attitude that I've got to go out and do it. Because of who I am, I've got to give everything I've got to come back."

“And when finally they sense that some position cannot be sustained, they do not re-examine their ideas. Instead, they simply change the subject.” Jamie Galbraith
I took my System of a Down CD out yesterday and put in Ronnie Milsap. The biggest U-turn in the history of music.
Kiss MTV Unplugged
It's a great CD. Kiss sounds completely different unplugged

Weird, this morning on my drive to work I listened to "Fool's Gold," which was the first time I broke out the Stone Roses in a long while.Originally Posted by Redsland

I hope you don't mind if I pass on that listening experience.Originally Posted by Reds/Flyers Fan

Oh yeah, I've seen it. The rise and fall of the Hacienda. Makes me wish I'd grown up in Madchester in the late 80s/early 90s.Originally Posted by Mutaman

Don't mind at all, considering that I would pass on most of what's been posted here (except the Jack Johnson).Originally Posted by Mutaman
Back when MTV did their Unplugged series, I think the Kiss show (1996) was the highest rated and sold the most CDs. It was the original band's (Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss and Ace Frehley) first appearance together since they broke up in the early 80s and it was also what spurred their hugely successful reunion tour that followed.

In my experience, I've never found a bad who's stuff is easier to play than System of a Down. Good stuff.Originally Posted by RedFanAlways1966
