    Re: Narron's first lineup/Game thread

You know, Chris Welsh gets paid good money for what he does, and it makes me upset that I can be paying about half attention and still know that Einar Diaz has been catching for the last 3-4 innings, and don't get paid one thin dime. He keeps on bragging about Yadiar Molina's technique behind the plate and he hasn't been in there since the 6th.

I'm a Bergolla for 2B kinda' guy. I just love this guys defense from what I've seen this season. I don't like the fact that he got called up though. He needs everyday AB's and if he's not getting them in Cincy, he needs to be at Louisville.
Not so worried about OTC stuff. And I've never been a big Bergolla fan. I've just never been fond of a no-power/no-discipline speed types. Bergolla, because he has some skills, is a highly regarded guy but I see that being more a commentary on the dearth of talent in the upper levels of the Reds system than anything else.

Thats the one good thing about Grande's incessant babbling;it doesn't give Welsh time to analyze much.

That's the best "silver-lining" post of the year.

Projecting his stats out to a full season, he is on pace to go 162-0.

Yeah, then when they did figure it out, GG says that it looked like Diaz was going to be the starting catcher for Cleveland until "Sandy" Martinez came up last year.

Those two guys are pretty dim.
